Located in Revelstoke, BC, Studio Two73° was developed as a maturity of Kelvin Skoretz Consulting. Two73° was developed to offer clients a service of thoughtful engagement. A process of research and design that is transparent. All while engaging clients, builders and stake holders early on in their projects. To create elegant energy efficient buildings that surpass the common economic crisis designs that we see too often in our residential markets. With a collaboration of fellow Technicians, Architects, Architectural designers and Carpenters we can produce a service to our clients that is professional and unique.
We work throughout Western Canada. With projects completed in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia we are able to incorporate each province environment concerns in each of our projects. With the help of our collaborative team, integrated design process and use of Building Information Process (BIM). We offer a full research, design and build service for all of our clients. With a great interest of on and off construction methods we are continually looking for ways to help our clients reduce their footprint, constructions costs.
We design sustainable buildings that consider occupant health, comfort and well being that will last for generations. We believe there is no reason not to put occupant health at the front lines of every one of our projects. Designing to Passive and Net-Zero standards helps us achieve this company standard.
